Lifeguard and CPR courses are now available at CentraState Fitness and Wellness:
Pricing: Recertification: $ Full Course/New Certification: $350.00
All sessions must be attended. Participant must be 15 years or older by the end of class sessions. Must be able to continuously swim 300 yards using a combination of front crawl and breaststroke, swim 20 yards, remove a 10lb. weight from seven feet of water, and swim back, (this is a timed event). Also, two minutes of treading water without using hands.
PLEASE NOTE: All Classes are Blended. They require both virtual and in-person attendance.

The CPO (Professional Pool & Spa Operator) Certification Course is the only commercial aquatics program produced by an industry organization recognized by the American National Standards Institute to develop and promote national standards for pools, hot tubs and spas.
